Booking & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms so your appointment or training registration goes smoothly.
Appointments
All beauty services at Remcy Aesthetics are available by appointment. To secure your date, please confirm your booking with the required deposit. Dates are not held without a deposit.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required for bridal bookings, event glam and other large-party services. The deposit amount will be shared when you request a quote and is deducted from your total balance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability, if requested at least 48 hours before the original appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or forfeiture of the booking.
Academy Registration
Academy fees and registration details are confirmed during enrollment. Once a cohort is paid for, transfers to a later cohort may be arranged depending on availability.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for a confirmed appointment without notice may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments.
